Tierarztpraxis Dr. Astrid von Rauchhaupt

I recently had to put my beloved 🐱 Mädy down. Unfortunately, my vet was on vacation, so I ended up with Mrs. von Rauchhaupt. What I experienced there is incomprehensible, and I will never forgive myself for allowing my Mädy to die in such a miserable and undignified manner. There was no compassion, no sympathy, and above all, she wasn't able to sedate my Mädy enough to make her somewhat calm and relaxed. Instead, Mädy mustered up her last reserves, fighting back and screaming. It was horrible. Even though Mädy was difficult to handle, she didn't deserve that.

I became aware of Dr. von Rauchhaupt through the dog training school "Chaoten auf 4 Pfoten" (Chaos on Four Paws) and then switched Georgie to him as well. So far, I've always been very satisfied. Be it for routine checkups, consultations, or even surgery appointments, you feel understood and valued by the entire team. And most importantly: Georgie likes them too and still goes to the practice full of enthusiasm.

We've been going to this practice for a while now and feel very comfortable. Everyone is friendly and our cats always receive excellent care when needed. Thank you so much!
