A fantastic veterinarian and a very, very friendly team. My cat had to have all his teeth extracted due to an illness. Excellent consultation, very professional treatment, and the result is absolutely fantastic. I will only go to her in the future.

In this spirit, I would like to sincerely thank the entire team! From the very first appointment, everyone was incredibly welcoming, and Dr. Schröder-Schunk and her team took a great deal of time to explain everything thoroughly and clearly! I immediately had a good feeling, which was only reinforced today, the day of the dental work. Unfortunately, all of our Meila's molars had to be removed due to FORL (Feline Odontoclastic Resorptive Lesions), but I never felt uneasy because I received a call immediately after the X-rays were taken and was fully informed. Meila is already feeling much better; she's healthy and eating well. She handled everything wonderfully, and all the aftercare tips were extremely helpful in easing our anxieties. As a dental assistant, I can completely understand how the higher costs are justified at this practice, as the entire team and the practice itself are state-of-the-art and present a very professional image! We took our dachshund Emmi to this practice for dental surgery and couldn't have asked for better treatment. Ms. Schröder-Schunck is highly professional, precise, and exceptionally empathetic. From the initial examination to the follow-up consultation, everything was transparent, clearly explained, and handled with absolute calm and confidence. The veterinary assistant was also attentive, friendly, and highly competent, so we felt safe and taken seriously at every stage. After the surgery, the findings, procedures, and results were explained to us in detail, without any time pressure or superficiality. You can immediately tell that expertise, experience, and a genuine interest in animals come together here. For us, it was a consistently trustworthy and positive experience—exactly what you want when entrusting your pet to someone else. Highly recommended.

They are incredibly kind to animals, as I saw and experienced firsthand. We were there with our dog. Everything was stress-free and without any pressure. We highly recommend it.
