They were supposedly on call today. We reached their answering machine... with a promise to call back immediately in case of an emergency. So far, no call, nothing. We had to drive 40 km to have our cat put down. But it was a stroke of luck, because we received a warm and professional welcome there.
We are thrilled. We took our dog to the emergency service and everything was explained to us and the dog was wonderfully cared for.
Unfortunately, you have to give one star to rate, and that's already too many. I called the emergency service on Saturday. My tomcat was vomiting and my cat had diarrhea. I was immediately informed that it would cost €800 each. As I wanted to wait, I called another vet on Sunday. I ended up paying €325 for BOTH animals. He doesn't seem to care about animal welfare; he only sees the money.
