Travelling in Germany and emailed several vets as I realised I had forgotten to arrange the tapeworm treatment. The practice got the dogs in immediately and administered everything without any issues. Rouven was absolutely fantastic and did everything he could to explain in English,as my German is minimal. Would highly recommend. Amazing value for the money and customer service received. Thank you for taking the stress out of our remaining holiday 😁

Yesterday our dog (12 years old) had his dental surgery. We would like to thank you again most sincerely for the wonderful care. The veterinarian and the entire team were so kind to our Charly (and to us too, because we were very nervous). We were even allowed to be there when he woke up from the anesthesia. The care was simply superb then as well. And what I also found absolutely wonderful was that the practice called this morning to check on our dog. We've never experienced anything like that before. We are simply more than satisfied with this practice and can wholeheartedly recommend it.

After two incorrect diagnoses and a difficult time, we finally found a veterinary practice that truly wanted to help our young dog and took us seriously. Sadly, the help came too late for our little girl, and with heavy hearts, we had to have her put to sleep. Nevertheless, we would like to sincerely thank the entire team. The vets and assistants were incredibly empathetic, friendly, and loving towards our dog and us. Even though we only visited twice, we felt understood, supported, and compassionately cared for. Especially in such a difficult situation, humanity makes a huge difference. Thank you for your honesty, your care, and the respectful way you treated our dog until the very end. ❤️

Amazing Vet! Just went there today, for the first time, with my Cat. We wanted to make sure a growth she had wasn't Cancer. The vet was extremely nice and explained everything in great detail. Treated my Baby with the upmost Care! I'm definitely going to keep coming back!! 10/10

I can highly recommend this veterinary practice. I've been there a few times with my cat. The entire staff is extremely friendly and they treat each animal with great care. I will continue to visit this practice and will always recommend it. Please keep up the good work!
