I'm absolutely thrilled! My regular vet didn't have time to see my sick cat today. I was able to see Dr. Walter at short notice. The staff is incredibly friendly! There was no waiting time! A very kind and empathetic doctor. I'll definitely be back!
A fantastic vet. We took our little hamster there. She was examined very thoroughly. Even during euthanasia, she was always very kind to the animal. I can highly recommend her. Two of our hamsters crossed the Rainbow Bridge peacefully and without fear thanks to her.
We're absolutely thrilled and highly recommend them. Competent, kind, pleasant, and super friendly. 100% feel-good factor for both animals and humans.
Very friendly, but unfortunately disappointing professionally. He failed to recognize obvious hip dysplasia in the German Shepherd, while another vet diagnosed it simply by looking at the dog (X-rays confirmed end-stage osteoarthritis due to hip dysplasia). Furthermore, his pain medication was three times more expensive than at other vets!
We came to Dr. Walter a few years ago due to an emergency. Because of her loving and calm manner, I asked if we could switch to her, as our regular vet was planning to retire anyway. Luckily, she accepted us and even offered some new suggestions, such as consulting a cardiologist for our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, who had a heart condition. Thanks to this suggestion and the collaborative treatment with the cardiologist, our Scotty was able to live for over a year longer, and with a good quality of life again. All our dogs feel comfortable at the practice. Even when it's busy, Dr. Walter and her team of assistants always do their best, radiating calm and remaining friendly, which in turn benefits both the animals and their owners. We are incredibly grateful to have found this practice. Best regards from the Förster family and their Cavalier pack
