As a new resident of Germany, I was a little nervous about my lack of linguistic ability in such an important environment. The doctor was soft-spoken, kind, and quite articulate in English. The prices are very fair and a refreshing change from what we had to pay back in the States. You do need to figure in some extra time for your initial visit. They don't set appointments for the minor stuff. So it is first come, first served. All in all, a fantastic experience and I know my favorite canine in the whole world is in good hands here!
