For us, she's the best vet! She's incredibly friendly, competent, and patient; she always has a listening ear and is always there to help. Her hardworking assistants are all top-notch too! Theo really likes Yvonne Moser and happily goes to pick up his injection every month, among other things.

Despite the opening hours, the answering machine is playing. Apparently a bit overloaded... otherwise, the machine wouldn't be playing. I'll call a different veterinary practice tomorrow. I want to avoid unnecessary stress; it'll save my nerves and my stomach. Unfortunately, I had to give one star. Because of the continuous loop (recording), even one star is too much.
