I am truly very pleasantly surprised and can highly recommend this practice. Since my cat was suffering from severe gingivitis and needed surgery as soon as possible, I sent an email beforehand requesting a response. Shortly afterward, I received a call directly from the surgeon himself, who took plenty of time to explain everything to me in detail over the phone. We were able to get an appointment within just four days – absolutely impressive. We received a warm welcome at the practice, which is modern and brand new; you immediately feel well cared for. Before the surgery, there was another thorough consultation about the procedure. I particularly appreciated the transparent communication: I was kept informed and updated on the progress during the operation. My cat was only handed over to me fully awake and stable, which gave me added peace of mind. When I picked her up, everything was explained again in great detail – including all the images and the complete surgical procedure. Extremely competent, transparent, and incredibly empathetic. Many thanks to the entire team for the wonderful care of my cat!

A very modern, beautifully and lovingly furnished practice. Many well-thought-out ideas, like a cat waiting room for a calmer atmosphere. A super friendly and competent team. Very individualized and animal-centered care. We took our cat there with a broken radius and ulna—other clinics turned us away and didn't dare to operate. But this clinic didn't—they told us immediately that they could. The very next day, we were able to pick her up, already happy and healthy. We'll only come here from now on. 🤩💚

Everything was top-notch. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and extremely understanding. Even though we don't speak German well, the team did everything they could to ensure we understood everything. A big plus is the option to buy medication on-site, as well as the fair price for treatment. An additional nice touch is the coffee from the machine in the waiting area. I would definitely recommend this place.

A truly fantastic veterinary center! The entire team is incredibly kind, empathetic, and helpful. I was able to get an appointment at short notice and felt very well cared for from the start. Dr. Horstkotte takes his time, explains everything clearly, and strikes me as highly competent. The veterinary assistants are also incredibly friendly and welcoming. Impressive! Dr. Horstkotte has been treating Teddy since his stroke in October 2024. Now he's even closer to us. A fantastic center. A lot of hard work has gone into it. We wish him all the best, much success, and many animal recoveries.
