Dr. Schreiber is a truly competent and empathetic veterinarian. My dog, Inuka, had an aggressive tumor, and I had to let her go with a heavy heart. The diagnosis came completely unexpectedly, which made it even harder for me. Dr. Schreiber took a great deal of time for me, even beyond her regular office hours, and was incredibly compassionate and understanding, which isn't something you can say about every veterinarian. She was a real support to me during this difficult time, and that's exactly what makes a good veterinarian. Dr. Schreiber's team was also very polite and understanding. A huge thank you for everything!

Never again. After my dog's two surgeries went completely wrong (we had to pay for both, and they didn't take proper care of them; the doctor only damaged more bones), and they barely care for animals, they won't even see us there in an emergency anymore. We were last there two years ago when my dog ​​was foaming at the mouth (unfortunately, only they had an open mouth). Her head was burning, and she suddenly started foaming at the mouth. Of course, we had an x-ray because we were told they would show something. Afterward, we were told it was nothing and sent home. At home, the condition worsened, and the dog was shaking and everything. We had to diagnose it ourselves: it was a tick on her head. We removed it ourselves, and she felt better after a few hours. We discovered that our dog was allergic to ticks. €210 for us to find the cause ourselves.

It was Saturday, a day when all vets are usually closed, and we desperately needed help with our cat. And the TIERplus team was there. Absolutely professional service. Thank you, Dr. Schreier, for the incredibly sensitive and professional care. We'll be back anytime.
