After several treatments for my cat proved insufficient, I consulted a different veterinarian for my other animals after my cat's death, and I can't even describe the difference. This vet's practice is always crowded, loud, and extremely stressful for both animals and people. Everything is done in a rush. He's also sometimes unfriendly to owners, making comments that a worried owner simply doesn't need. Unfortunately, several of my friends and acquaintances have since come to the same conclusion and switched vets. He's probably a good vet for vaccinations or minor infections, but for serious illnesses, you're absolutely in the wrong place!

I went to the emergency vet today. My dog had a swollen nose and open wounds. Although my dog is extremely anxious and usually doesn't let strangers touch his face, the vet, with her calm and friendly manner, even managed to look inside his muzzle. She was also very friendly both on the phone beforehand and in person. I can't say much about the regular prices, of course, but for an emergency appointment on a Sunday, it was perfectly reasonable. He received two injections, something to take home, and a friendly explanation. I can definitely recommend this practice, especially for anxious animals.
I am truly very satisfied with the Brocker veterinary practice and my colleague, Dr. Beck. Dr. Brocker is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, making you feel immediately at ease. I would also like to give special mention to Dr. Beck. In an emergency, she provided us with excellent care. She acted quickly, competently, and with great empathy, which gave us a great deal of peace of mind in that situation. The entire team is friendly, and they treat the animals with great care. I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice!
