On October 18, 2025, I was at the emergency room with my 16-year-old dog, who was dying. They made us wait both in the waiting room and in the treatment room. My dog ​​was dying and could no longer move. And then he wanted to start the extensive health program. Of course, that was out of the question. Absolutely no sympathy, no empathy. No goodbyes, no words of comfort. Absolutely not recommended.

We've been going to Dr. Brocker since 2008 and are completely satisfied. Dr. Brocker is very competent and, above all, has no fear of dogs. The team around him is extremely friendly and helpful. He will always be our veterinarian.

Excellent doctor and the team is great too... I called them because my dog ​​was in pain, and the answer was: come see us immediately. Then there was a 5-minute wait, and a doctor who answered all my questions and explained everything perfectly to me, a layperson, and really took his time... We are truly impressed, and if our Felix ever has problems again, we know where we'll be welcomed...

We've been seeing Ms. Beck for quite some time now, and we only go to her! Here, she truly works with heart and cares for the animals' well-being. My Pocket Bully and I were there almost daily at times, at least twice a week, and his problems were taken seriously at every appointment. Joker was always thoroughly examined, extensive research was conducted, and actions were always taken with his well-being in mind. While not always possible, x-rays can usually be taken without anesthesia. The prices are very reasonable, there's rarely a wait, and even when the practice is full, you're not rushed. Joker also gets excited whenever we're near the practice; he knows he'll get plenty of cuddles and love from everyone. Please keep up the good work! Thank you for being there and thank you for everything you do; without you, my dog ​​wouldn't be here anymore.
