Great place for emergencies, I only met very professional and motivated doctors here. Fairly inexpensive compared to the quality of service. You don't need an appointment for an emergency. The entrance is at the back of the 3rd building on the right, when entering from Josef-Baumann-Gasse, the receptionists can also help. Everyone I met here could speak decent English, so the potential language barrier shouldn't stop you. Anyway I hope I won't have to visit again...

I am confused, we were there yesterday with our small dog who ate something and got sick. She is already well. The doctor was kind so i have no problem with them personally but the system in general. She told that she recommennds to leave our dog there for a day in case but it would have cost a minimum of 2k euros if nothing happens they just care of her , which is redicoulous. Not because of i don't care my dog but sorry if she needs a lifesaving surgery i should sell my house to pay the bill? Where is Hippocrates? Where this world goes?
Just arrived in Wien and our budgie got sick, we were able to have a very fast emergency appointment at this great place, they took the best care of our budgie for an entire week and gave her back to us completely safe and completely healed! We can only recommend this great place and be grateful with them, we wish you all the best on your beautiful and important work. Thank you very very much 🥰
