My family and I have been going to her for decades and feel our cats are in excellent hands. She is very kind and competent and always has a listening ear! A definite 5 stars!

I've been taking my dogs and cats to Ms. Frank for years. She handles animals fantastically and has excellent people skills. I greatly appreciate her non-judgmental approach. I also find it pleasant that you can discuss costs, benefits, and risks with her without emotion. Fair prices, no rip-offs. A very welcome contrast to the veterinarians. Both people and animals are completely satisfied.

Always a pleasure. Dr. Frank has been our vet for a long time. She was there for the birth and the passing of our pet. She comforted us with just a few words, simply by being there. Super Team!!

It's alright. It's not a fancy, high-end practice; the owner is a bit shy and, well, she has a rather unique personality. But the prices are still reasonable, which is definitely a plus these days. The animals were neutered, everything's fine.
