I've been taking my dogs and cats to Ms. Frank for years. She's fantastic with the animals and has a very good understanding of human nature. I really appreciate her non-judgmental approach. I also like the fact that you can discuss cost/benefit/risk with her without any emotion. Fair prices, no rip-offs. A very pleasant contrast to my medical colleagues. Both humans and animals are completely satisfied.

My family and I have been going to her for decades and feel our cats are in excellent hands. She is very kind and competent and always has a listening ear! A definite 5 stars!

It's alright. It's not a fancy, high-end practice; the owner is a bit shy and, well, she has a rather unique personality. But the prices are still reasonable, which is definitely a plus these days. The animals were neutered, everything's fine.
