🙏🌹🐶My husband and I would like to express our deepest gratitude to Dr. Gerwert. She is the best veterinarian we have encountered in almost 30 years of pet ownership. Dr. Gerwert put our beloved dog Lorie to sleep on Sunday during the emergency shift. 🙏 Dr. Gerwert cared for Lorie with such loving compassion and heartfelt care. She is a wonderful veterinarian with both competence and a big heart. 🙏 It's such a shame we didn't find her sooner! Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts, Family Kühler and Lorie 🙏💐💝

Called on Monday, X-ray appointment on Wednesday...even the phone call was super pleasant. The practice was recommended to me by Frida's physiotherapist because it's known for being empathetic and very good. After explaining the problem, they said we would try the X-ray without anesthesia first, but should come fasting just in case...in case it doesn't work out. They first looked at her gait and then took Frida for the X-ray. It went perfectly and the images are very good...especially since everything is in great shape 🙏🏼🍀 Frida even got her reward treat from the vet...so she didn't hold anything against her 😉 So we were very, very satisfied and I'm happy to drive 40 minutes for that. If I could, I would give even more stars. Mr. Altrogge truly helped our cat. You can immediately tell that he cares deeply about animals. We received friendly, competent, and very patient care. This gave us a great deal of peace of mind during a very stressful time. Thank you so much!!

If I could, I'd give more stars. We were there today for an x-ray. A super friendly team and a fantastic veterinarian. Very empathetic. The kids were also warmly welcomed and felt comfortable. All in all, a practice with heart 💚.
