Both the vet assistant and the doctor are the most caring and friendly people on earth. They take such great care of their patients and look after them with much love and diligence.

I read each and every message before I started to write my review and I must admit that all of them are 100% correct. First of all, it is really very easy to get the appointment. I called Dr. Hechinger and he gave the appointment for the next day. When we went there, we were so worried about our dog’s situation and he and his assistant were so friendly and professional that they calmed us and asked questions, understood the background and had a very detailed examination. They are dealing with really tough situations and their approach to the owners are so good that you feel that you are at the right place. Thanks once more to Vetsono and also to each of you who wrote their reviews, we will not be at the right hands if you didn’t do so. And all the best for dear four legged friends!

I was incredibly satisfied! My miniature poodle and I haven't had such a positive experience in a long time. :) Top team, excellent advice, modern and very friendly. I can wholeheartedly recommend them.

A very competent veterinarian who explained everything clearly and took his time. The assistant was also invaluable! Kimmy (our dog) was immediately taken with her. Unfortunately, we received a bad diagnosis, but the vet and assistant were truly dedicated, very kind to our dog, and gave us valuable advice for the last few days. Thank you!
