Tierarztpraxis Herzberg

Good vet, empathetic, competent, and helpful. Good diagnosis, listens to you very personably. We always received excellent advice, and we feel in good hands.

We are very satisfied and even travel a long way because the veterinarian takes her time and examines our pet thoroughly (but doesn't perform "unnecessary" tests just to make money). The examinations are explained in detail, and she discusses the medications and their effects so that I, too, am informed about potential side effects and can react accordingly. She handles the animal calmly and gently. If she can't help with something, she's honest enough to refer us to colleagues who specialize in that area. (Which again demonstrates that this practice prioritizes animal welfare over profit.) Questions are answered clearly, and my concerns are addressed with understanding.

Wonderfully uncomplicated and doesn't cost you an arm and a leg.

Easy online appointment booking, a friendly veterinarian with a heart (and a mountain!), and a practice in the perfect location. Here, dogs and cats are in good hands.

Scheduling was very easy to coordinate. Friendly, empathetic, and the prices are perfectly reasonable – I can highly recommend them.
