As always, the personnel are knowledgeable and highly professional. We know that our old dog is in excellent hands there. The Tierpflegerinnen are very gentle with her. We have confidence that she is getting the best treatment. And the booking system results in short waiting times. We have been 'patients' there for many years.
Took my two new rats there for a checkup (one of them made weird sounds when breathing) and asked if their nails could get trimmed (they were really long and they were hurting themselves with the long sharp nails). They did not give me anything for the weird noise of my rat, and only trimmed some of the nails of one of the rats, saying that we could "trim them ourseves at home". Also, told me that one rat had weird red skin, but that maybe it was his normal skin. I was charged 60 euros for this (expensive as hell for a check up and trimming of 3 nails). I took them to another vet, and they discovered that my rat had an inflammed respiratory system! And the red skin was caused by an excess of oil, which could have been mentioned by the vet. We had to discover it by ourselves. We took our rats to the supposedly "experienced and recommended" vets, expecting them to give us more information about the state of our rats. Also, the staff were really rude and uninterested, making the whole experience a 0 out of 5. I would not recommend this veterinary to any owner of a small pet and/or exotic animal.
Great experience with satisfaction, Lychee is fine
I was pretty amazed how smoothly everything worked. From initial phone call to actual visit, only needed deworming treatment for crossing uk border. Vet was extremely good with my pet . Giving extra time for a dog to sniff hands and stethoscope so it wasn’t stressful as usual. Price was also very resonable Thank you 🙏 Highly recommended 🤩
My partner was a satisfied customer for many years, bringing our animals to this veterinary clinic. She noticed a striking number of veterinarians leaving in the last year, which noticeably impacted the continuity of service, the quality of care, and consequently, her trust in the clinic. The current reduction in opening hours ("due to staff shortages") motivated us to write this post, and it remains to be seen to what extent this fluctuation and these departures will continue to negatively affect the quality of service.
