Really happy with all the visits at the vet on these location. They are always ready to help and answer all the questions we have about our dog. The check ups where also always exact and on point. Also till now we did not have any issues with hidden costs coming our way after the finished visit. The personal was also always really nice and did his best to aid us in our needs. The location is also set up really nicely and the service they provide is large. They are also really caring for our furry friends as last time they made a call to check on the progress/health of our dog a week after the check-up. Interestingly our dog is also always really happy when we visit the location 😅

Everyone from here are very kind, gentle and fluent english speaking. I went there few times and have met few different vets. They treated my babies with love. Thank you so much all of you for taking good care of our kittens. 🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛🤍🖤

Fair prices, they work on Sunday(but charge extra), speak English, satisfied overall.

We are under continuous care at this center. Our family has a corgi dog, a female. At the beginning of January, she had to undergo surgery. Everything went successfully, and most importantly, the clinic’s specialists identified the problem in time, so there were no complications.

Absolutely great place! Get appointments quickly, loads of competent staff, everyone was nice to our cat and us, very helpful and informative. Our cat needed immediate surgery, we got there late in the evening right before closing and they did not even propose to do the OP the next day. Nope. They immediately got to work and saved our little guy. Waiting times can be a bit long in the waiting room for check ups, but that is only because they take care of so many fluffy creatures. Definitely recommend them and all their branches in Vienna!!
