The most competent and friendly practice I've been to as a pet owner in the past eight years. From Dr. and Mag. Schneeweiß to the assistants and staff, I can't find any reason for criticism. Animal welfare is their top priority, far ahead of financial considerations, and this is evident both in the way the animals are treated and in the treatment costs. My four rabbits were always well cared for there. For me, as long as the practice exists, there is no alternative.
The vet and all the staff are very nice. And on top of that, very competent and professional. We are cat breeders and have only been coming here for 3 years. Best regards, Fillaus Loredana
We have rabbits that are susceptible to anesthesia. One of our two boys didn't survive the neutering at another vet. Here, we always receive competent, patient, and loving care. We just got a new boy. Before neutering, we were recommended to have a coccidia test. We're currently undergoing treatment to minimize the risk of anesthesia during neutering. Recently, we weren't even aware that this existed. I feel the care here is very competent and will continue to bring my rabbits here.
Absolutely awful and dangerous! My 9-year-old dog received so much anesthesia, and when I picked her up, she wasn't even awake. She was lying on the floor next to the examination table, completely limp, without a heating pad. She wasn't even covered, and it took 20 minutes for the oral hygiene procedure. They told me to come and get her because they had other patients. Simply terrible, never again!
I've been seeing Dr. Schneeweiss for years with a wide variety of pets, and she's absolutely thrilled! She's an old-school vet, very dedicated, very experienced, no nonsense. I'm already worried about her retirement!
