Absolutely great place! Get appointments quickly, loads of competent staff, everyone was nice to our cat and us, very helpful and informative. Waiting times can be a bit long in the waiting room, but that is only because they take care of so many fluffy creatures. Definitely recommend them and all their branches in Vienna!!

Wait times can run longer at peak times—especially when urgent cases come in—but the team keeps you informed. Front-desk and nursing staff are consistently friendly, patient, and helpful. Every veterinarian we’ve seen—and we’ve unfortunately been frequent visitors lately—has taken time to explain options clearly, answer questions, and treat our cats with genuine kindness.
