I visited Dr. Worsch for the first time yesterday and I'm absolutely thrilled. We got an appointment quickly, there was no waiting time, and Dr. Worsch really takes his time. Even my usually very anxious dog felt comfortable.
I've been taking my animals to Dr. Worsch for a long time. He always examines them thoroughly, and the animals love him (and especially the carpet!). We sometimes get the hard truth, but he's very empathetic and tries hard to find the best solution for the animal. He's always happy to answer questions and takes the time needed – you're never rushed.
We only spoke on the phone, but that was enough for me. I was extremely desperate because my cat wasn't feeling well, and unfortunately, no vet nearby had a free appointment. Mr. Wolsch asked me a lot of questions and gave me good advice on how to get through the day, what exactly I should be watching for, and whether an appointment was even necessary. Thank you so much!
We always get everything explained to us in detail, and Dr. Worsch asks us lots of questions to make sure he knows everything. He doesn't shy away from addressing the unpleasant aspects so we're fully informed. He's also open to questions and explains things thoroughly. He always takes the time for the animals, which is very important to me. The price is more than fair!
