I feel very well cared for. Dr. Eberle performed a follow-up surgery on my cat and removed a tumor. My Sky felt really comfortable; he was allowed to pass the time in the waiting room, relaxing and walking around. Then, the best part: a door opened, and he was allowed to walk into the treatment room on his own, look around, and of course, greet everyone who came in. It was simply wonderful; the team is incredibly kind and empathetic. The doctor immediately made a competent impression and was also very kind and empathetic towards my Sky, which helped him relax. I was happy to drive him for two hours, even though Sky wasn't keen on it. He's just a super, huge, affectionate cat who simply tries to be sweet. He doesn't use his claws except to scratch himself 🙄. He's doing well a day later. The wound looks good, and I hope it stays that way this time. It wasn't like after the first surgery, but I'm optimistic. I received all the necessary medication and supplies. My cat Sky and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts ❤️ and will gladly come back if needed... thank you dear team for the great help... I'm really very happy with the veterinary clinic :) ! From the moment you arrive, you're greeted by a super friendly and attentive team; you immediately feel welcome and well cared for. The veterinarian was extremely competent and took her time, which made me feel very comfortable. The parking situation is very relaxed, and the building is modern, clean, and really well-designed. I especially love the green outdoor area for the animals; it's a really thoughtful touch.

Yesterday, I took my 6-year-old Hovawart, Eywa, to Dr. Besener's veterinary practice. My dog ​​received such a warm welcome from the team. The whole atmosphere, from the waiting room with blankets for the dogs to Dr. Besener's expertise and her empathetic explanation of the serious diagnosis, was wonderful. I am so grateful and touched. My dog ​​received her first chemotherapy treatment and tolerated it very well. I also appreciate the underlying principle of giving my dog ​​quality of life and not letting her suffer. We now have some precious time together. Thank you so much! 🙏
