Ms. Hoffmann is an absolute powerhouse, incredibly friendly, and truly the GOAT in her field. Other vets recommended euthanizing our pug, Vito, due to a tumor. Ms. Hoffmann performed a superb examination and saved our pug's life. After the surgery (approximately 12cm scar), he was able to do everything just like before. If you're looking for a veterinarian who is both highly skilled and a real go-getter, I can wholeheartedly recommend this clinic. We give her a clear 15 out of 10. I would be hesitant to recommend this clinic, especially if you have another option. It is great that they are open over the weekend, but the treatment we received was mediocre. If we had strongly considered their advice, we could have euthanized a healthy, 4 year old cat that would have otherwise made a full recovery in a relatively short timeframe. We brought our cat in believing that he had a trauma related injury, and presenting a limp leg. We were told after 1.5 days that he has a severe heart condition, a diagnosis which turned out to be completely wrong. Somehow, a large hematoma in the affected area was completely missed and it seems that the staff was jumping to conclusions without having a clear picture. The hematoma was fairly obvious, even to someone who is not an expert, so it makes one question how thoroughly the patient was examined and monitored. Of course, misdiagnoses can happen, but this case seems to be an oversight. It is especially concerning because euthanasia was given as an option because the path forward with a heart condition can be daunting, costly, and with no guarantee of success. At the time of diagnosis, the cat had been steadily improving and has since continued to do so, a fact that was largely ignored by the staff. To be fair, this was definitely a tough and unique case, as his symptoms were unusual for trauma; however, his symptoms would also be very rare if it were a the heart condition diagnosed. Finally, the staff was unable to answer many questions directly, and did not thoroughly explain the diagnosis as more professional clinics have done in our experience. It seems odd to give such a heavy diagnosis without being sure, and without being able to answer questions directly. We are grateful for the services we received in the emergency hours, but we hope the staff is more cautious in the future.

I'm absolutely thrilled! ;) I've been there several times now, always as an emergency, and I've always received prompt help (depending on the urgency). My little darling had surgery twice, and once the problem was resolved with medication. The photo shows the latest result. My little one had surgery on Tuesday and was already feeling much better by Friday. The animals are treated with such loving care, and the nurses and veterinarians are incredibly friendly and understanding even after a very long day, making you feel very well cared for. I'm very satisfied and would go back there anytime.

I've been taking my cat there for four years. Since Julia (Dr. Hoffmann's daughter) took over, things have noticeably improved. Everyone has their own experiences. Veterinarian Mr. Baunak was perfect. My cat got quite aggressive when he approached. He even hissed at Ms. Eggers (the new assistant). The vet had a plan for how we could manage it together. I put on the large leather gloves and a blanket over his sweet little face. Quick as a flash, the vaccination was given. ❌Unfortunately, the visit took 1 1/2 hours. ✅But the bill was excellent. Minimal. ❌Noisy automatic coffee machine in the waiting room. ❌Poisonous cut flowers in the vase (lilies, tulips, for example) on the table in the waiting room. ...I'll keep the rest to myself because all that matters to me is how Butcher 🐈‍⬛ is doing.

The diagnosis, surgery, and aftercare were all carried out with so much love and care. I felt completely valued, and my cat literally hugged the staff member today, he felt so comfortable. I am incredibly grateful that Dr. Hoffmann and her team, and the entire practice, helped my Mucki so much. We'll see each other for a check-up, and hopefully, there will be no further tumor growth.
