A wonderful veterinarian who takes her time for both people and animals. She masterfully walks the difficult line between appropriate treatment and unnecessary suffering. Absolutely superb.

As a cat owner with multiple cats, I've been a client for several years. I feel my kittens are in very good hands there. This veterinarian also provides invaluable help and advice in emergencies. I would give zero stars if I could. The staff were all friendly, but the vet herself was only interested in the money. She completely ignored what we said and was incredibly rude. She was busy doing several other things that ultimately had nothing to do with the problem, but she was extremely meticulous when it came to billing and checked everything again. Almost €100 for no answer, nothing at all! We then went to another vet who was perfect. I recommend you spend your money on your beloved pet with people who want to help the animal and don't focus on the billing instead of the animal itself. She was practically given the job for free.
