I was there with an emergency; my cat had lost consciousness and couldn't get up. When I said I'd found her on Google and urgently needed help, I got a sarcastic laugh and was told she didn't have time and it didn't matter where I'd found her. Strange behavior when someone is standing there with an unconscious animal and asking for help.

A competent, friendly, and empathetic veterinarian who treated our cat for an open wound on his hind leg over the weekend, even though she wasn't on call. Based on this experience, I can highly recommend her.

I've rarely encountered such an incompetent veterinarian. Our dog had a tick on his eye, and it was only half-embedded. We were worried and called the vet. It was 10:30 p.m. at the time. The vet gave us a real dressing-down and was incredibly rude. Even if she didn't consider it an emergency, a little decency and respect were still expected. I'm deeply shocked at how unempathetic a veterinarian can be.

She loves animals and is dedicated to animal welfare 🥰 We have two rescue cats from her 😍 Unfortunately, some people lack the sensitivity to appreciate this 24/7 job, as you can see in the reviews. She does her job well. There should be more people like her 🥰
