Unfortunately, we didn't feel very comfortable there. The practice is very small and, by our standards, not particularly well-equipped. I've also never experienced having to hand over my ID before (data protection?!).

Dear Mr. Gündogan, on Monday my mother and I took our old cat to your practice. Although you are not our usual vet, you took the time to care for my pet, with whom I have lived for 19 years and who is very dear to me. We went to you because he had been unwell for a week and had suddenly lost control of his hind legs. We thought he was going to die, given his poor health and his long life. But you explained that he had a blocked urethra and needed to go to an animal hospital, where he would be able to walk again. And you were right. But not only that, you also saved his life. Dr. Weidner initially insisted on euthanizing him without even examining him. I had to explain several times that I couldn't do that because you had said he would recover. So, his bladder was emptied with a catheter, he received IV fluids, and he stayed overnight at the hospital. He's doing better now and can walk again. Not perfectly yet, but he's happy again, eating, peeing, going for walks, grumbling, cuddling, and acting important. I wanted you to know this and express my gratitude. Without you, I would have believed Dr. Weidner—who prejudged me and my pet and thought that such an old cat didn't need treatment. Thank you so much; you are a wonderful veterinarian and a good person.

We got our dog vaccinated here. The full package cost 70 euros. We showed up without an appointment, and there were no problems. The only disappointing thing was that the table where we got the shot was covered in long hair from the previous dog. They don't clean between appointments. I hope the clinic staff will learn from this.

I am very satisfied. He is friendly and has fair prices. I can recommend him to anyone because he is a very good doctor.

We are completely satisfied with Mr. Gündogan and his wife! From our very first visit, we felt our cat was in the best possible hands. Mr. Gündogan handles animals with exceptional care and calmness – you can immediately tell that their well-being is truly important to him. We, as pet owners, also feel very well cared for. We were particularly impressed with our cat's spaying: The anesthesia was administered with such precision and gentleness, unlike anything we've ever experienced with any other veterinarian – quick, effective, and completely stress-free for the animal. Everything went smoothly afterward as well. Mr. Gündogan always takes his time, works with focus and great composure – no rush, no stress, just a very pleasant atmosphere for both people and animals. You can simply tell: Here, competence, experience, and heart are evident. We will gladly return and are grateful to have found such a wonderful veterinary practice!
