We were here for the first time today because one of our kittens has an eye infection. We received a very warm welcome. Mr. Schlingloff took excellent care of our kitten and spent a lot of time with us, answering all our questions. He is such a friendly, honest, empathetic, and competent veterinarian! We are thrilled.

“Outstanding emergency service – competent and compassionate!” We had to take my mother's dog to the emergency clinic this evening and were incredibly grateful for the prompt assistance. Despite the late hour, Dr. Schlingloff was friendly, calm, and extremely professional. The veterinarian took his time, explained everything thoroughly, and handled my mother's dog with great care. It's immediately clear that the animals' well-being is their top priority, as my mother herself put it. – Highly recommended! Thank you!

While other veterinarians refused to help, Dr. Schlingloff stepped in and helped us in our time of need, providing excellent care for our little dog. He was very empathetic. I would highly recommend him and, in fact, found him through a recommendation. Thank you so much!

We are very dissatisfied with this practice. We were there Friday evening because our dog had been bitten, but we had to wait a very long time even though we were told we'd be seen at 8:15 pm. Then, her muzzle was bandaged so tightly that foam was already coming out the side. Her nails were also cut without any prior arrangement, even though we had an appointment with our regular vet, and they were cut too short, causing her to bleed. We didn't receive a bill, and when we asked about it, we were told to just call our regular vet if they needed any information. We do not recommend this practice.

We went to the emergency vet clinic today to see Mr. Schlingloff. Our dog injured his claw this morning; in fact, he almost tore it off. We were greeted very warmly, especially the dog! 😃 Our dog was treated very competently and kindly, and I felt I was in good hands. Thank you!
