Here, you can also feel the love for the animals and the time they take. Yesterday I tried to get to the emergency vet, but the man on the phone said, "Only a specialist clinic can help you." He sounded a bit tipsy on the phone and obviously didn't want to be there. We ended up being seen in another district, she gave us two injections, and the little dog is doing well again. Afterwards, I read the reviews, and I'm glad he didn't want to take us; who knows what might have happened.

Such a great veterinary team. They're both professionally competent, honest, and personable—and there's always a bit of fun thrown in, too. My cats are well cared for here. It's so well organized that you never have to wait long. I'm especially grateful that Ms. Steinbach saved our cat Mikkie's eyes with her accurate diagnosis, after no one else could. When it comes to ophthalmology, SHG is absolutely the first address!

Due to a tragic accident, I had to go to the practice for an emergency consultation. Unfortunately, my cat was hit by a car and was seriously injured. I reached Dr. Steinbach by cell phone and briefly explained what had happened. She immediately went to the practice and met us. The diagnosis was quick and clear...my cat had to be put down. To spare her unnecessary suffering and not waste time, she was euthanized directly into her heart. A heartbeat later, she was released. Dr. Steinbach supported me through my grief and was very professional in her dealings with my cat and me. If we didn't live so far away, I would also trust my other animals to be treated here. Thank you so much for the excellent care during this difficult time!
