I don't have any other references for care. This clinic was very helpful when they treated my cat in an emergency and performed surgery and treatment for a fractured thigh. Perhaps the fracture was complex and that's why his leg was a little crooked. At the end of the treatment, his leg was bandaged for almost two weeks, but it was so compressed that his paw had ulcers. I would Upload a photo but it‘s very ugly. His paw was intact before the bandage, and after the immobilization, my cat almost lost his paw. I can only imagine how he must have suffered with his foot compressed for days and days. We can all make mistakes, but it's noble to admit it and try to make amends in some way. I suggest that you always record and document your pet's condition before and after the treatment so that you have proof in case a problem occurs.
We have been coming here for the past few months. The doctors here are absolutely lovely. And so is the staff. They take their time every time.
We've been taking our two cats here for the past two years. Service is really friendly and prices are fair (they don't charge you extra for the little things). They also have a range of expertise on site including an eye doctor that comes in on Thursdays. We are really grateful to the team for their help and support with our sometimes not so easy pets.
Profesional approach to my dog, even if she was not too easy. The doctor took her time for evaluation and set different scenarios. The staff speaks English and there is a parking lot in front
I visited the klinik because my little German Shephard was showing signs of pain in the back legs. I went there, no waiting time, I was able to stay with my dog the entire time. The doctors Katja Görtz and Vera Wunderlich performed a really good and deep visit of my dog suggesting a forward plan for her recovery. Fair price and really nice staff. I would go back there for sure.
