We can't praise Dr. Almut Terheiden's veterinary practice highly enough! From the very first moment, you feel completely at ease here – both as a pet owner and as an animal. Dr. Terheiden takes an incredible amount of time, listens attentively, and explains everything clearly and patiently. I was particularly impressed by her empathetic and loving way of handling my pet. You can immediately tell that she possesses not only professional expertise but also a genuine passion for animals. The diagnoses are precise, the treatments meticulous, and always up-to-date. Her assistant is also exceptionally friendly, helpful, and organized, so you feel completely well cared for. The atmosphere is pleasantly calm and stress-free, which is a huge plus, especially for nervous animals. For me, this practice is an absolute stroke of luck – I would recommend it without hesitation!
