For us, these are the best doctors and staff. Empathy and competence are perfectly balanced here.

Unfortunately, I had my dog's teeth pulled and ears cleaned at this veterinary practice. I have to say I was extremely disappointed. Absolutely not recommended. Zero stars aren't an option!

We were patients at this practice with our dog for many years – practically since it opened. This makes writing this review all the more difficult, especially since we can only do so now, after some distance. Our dog suffered from a tumor in his throat and lungs. We were told beforehand that the time would eventually come when we would have to let him go. When that day finally arrived, however, it was clear to us that we would not be returning to this practice – this is our personal decision and is not intended as a general attack. The euthanasia itself was one of the worst experiences we have ever had. Our dog didn't fall asleep peacefully as expected; the first medication took a very long time to work. When the actual euthanasia drug was administered, everything suddenly happened very quickly and violently. Our dog screamed loudly and clearly – so much so that a veterinary assistant had to come from reception to hold him down and secure his muzzle to stop him from screaming so loudly. For us, this was extremely traumatic, unprofessional, and, in OUR opinion, disrespectful to our dog. In such a moment, we longed for calm, empathy, and respect for ourselves and the animal. We have never experienced anything like this before and will never forget it. This is our personal experience and opinion. The entire situation was extremely distressing and stressful for us, and we have never experienced anything like it.
