We've been completely satisfied with all our animals for over 12 years! Thank you so much for your quick response when our dog Bragi was poisoned! It saved his life back then! A veterinarian who often completely dismantled a colleague's diagnosis when providing a second opinion. (That's where it all started...) And he did it without expensive, state-of-the-art equipment. Just with expert knowledge. I find that remarkable.

Unfortunately, we're not very happy with our cat's neutering. He was neutered at 3 pm and now at 10 pm he's still not moving and still under anesthesia. I don't think it's right to send a cat away like that. We had our other three cats neutered in Marktredwitz, and we were able to pick them up after 1.5 hours; they were awake and moving around. Unfortunately, we didn't see the vet here, or even speak to him; only the assistant was available. When we asked why he still wasn't awake, the assistant didn't give a proper answer, just "that's normal." Also, the area wasn't cleaned, neither shaved nor disinfected with spray. On the positive side, we got an appointment relatively quickly, and the price for neutering was reasonable and not exorbitant. We might come back here for other treatments, except for anything involving anesthesia.

He has always done excellent work with all my cats, and I have always been very satisfied. Even when the vet is unreachable by phone outside of office hours, he has always returned my promised call. He and his wife are truly passionate about their work.
