A wonderful, loving, and empathetic team. All the veterinarians and assistants gave us excellent advice, treated us superbly, and, most importantly, took wonderful care of our older pets. We wouldn't consider any other veterinarian. Thank you for everything, and also for the loving care of Milo and Mia.

We brought our dog to the vet yesterday as an emergency. All the necessary questions were answered over the phone, and we were able to come in immediately. The vet took plenty of time and gave us excellent advice. We even received food for the weekend and detailed recommendations on how to proceed. Of course, an emergency visit is always expensive, but it's worth it. We are very grateful that we were able to come on Saturday even though we don't live in the Hof/Upper Franconia area but in Thuringia. Many thanks to the team; we highly recommend them.

Fantastic team! We took our rescue dog there. She loves going. The treatments they provided always felt right. The network of physiotherapists and surgeons is also excellent! At this vet's office, she was diagnosed with bilateral hip dysplasia. We were recommended a different vet in Konradsreuth for the surgery. We chose the physiotherapist ourselves. But apparently, this trio works together so efficiently that it could only contribute to our dog's recovery. We wholeheartedly recommend this practice!!!

This veterinary practice was on call when I had to make a difficult decision regarding my very old dog. Making the call was anything but easy, but I felt so well cared for right from the start. Even though it was a Sunday, I was allowed to choose the appointment time myself, which gave us a few more hours of sad but also beautiful goodbyes. The entire team was incredibly empathetic, and I want to thank them again from the bottom of my heart! Martina with Shiloh in my heart. Thank you for being there for us.
