Sometimes this vet was very friendly, happy to answer questions, and took her time. Other times, she was in a very bad mood, and you got the feeling you were being unfairly given something meant for someone else, delivered in a really snarky way. And: she didn't listen to what we, as pet owners, had to say, interrupted, and immediately started making accusations. We also get the impression that she always wants to be right. Why? Unpleasant. We experienced this twice. We'll be avoiding this practice.

We got an appointment very quickly today, and the whole family (including the dog) is thrilled! We were able to ask lots of questions, and everything was explained to us very kindly and clearly. Luthien was also able to get help right away. We are all very happy, and I'm so glad to have finally found my ideal vet.

You guys are amazing! My cat had a bite abscess on his head! I was able to come in for an unscheduled appointment and he received perfect treatment. I was given medication and worried about administering it! He wasn't taking anything. The suggestion to give it with butter worked perfectly. I called ahead and was already on my way with my injured dog in the car. I told the receptionist that my dog ​​was in pain, limping, and that his hip was unstable. I was told that they were closing time in 10 minutes and that I should come back next week or go to a different doctor's office.
