Absolutely disappointing. This practice was a complete nightmare for us. We took our cat there several times. Instead of finding the root cause, they kept taking blood samples and prescribing medication. It wasn't until our third visit that they performed an ultrasound and then surgery. After the operation, we were told our cat was stable and doing well. A few hours later, we suddenly received a call saying her condition had dramatically worsened and they didn't know why. Shortly afterward, our cat died from internal bleeding. We feel completely abandoned and have the impression that they charged us a lot of money for tests and treatments without solving the actual problem. The loss of our cat is incredibly painful for us, and we will never trust this practice again. Based on our personal experience, we absolutely cannot recommend this practice.

A very modern and clean practice with a friendly and empathetic team. Competence is paramount, with excellent organization and quick results. The receptionists are very helpful, and waiting times are short. Anyone needing precise results and help for their sick pet in a relatively short time will be in very good hands here. We are incredibly grateful for the wonderful care we received at this veterinary clinic. After taking our underweight cat to several other vets and not receiving any real help, this clinic was the first one that truly took our cat seriously and finally performed a blood test. We would especially like to commend Ms. Goller. From the very beginning, she was incredibly empathetic, friendly, and patient. You immediately notice that the animal's well-being is her top priority. She takes her time, explains everything clearly, and treats both animal and owner with great empathy. What impressed us most is that Ms. Goller is not the kind of vet who rushes to euthanasia in the face of a serious diagnosis. Instead, she first explores all possible options and makes you feel like you are truly fighting for your pet. We finally felt understood and well cared for there, and we wholeheartedly recommend the clinic and especially Ms. Goller.

Although my cat wasn't in a serious emergency, but I had a bad feeling because two holidays were coming up, I got an appointment within an hour. She received the help she needed and medication to get through the holidays comfortably. Everything was very professional. Thank you so much.
