I am completely satisfied with this veterinary practice. I particularly appreciate the open and honest communication. All treatments and possible therapies are explained clearly, as are the associated costs, so you can always make well-informed decisions. The staff handles the animals with empathy, calmness, and composure. You can immediately tell that they work with great sensitivity and patience. My pet is visibly comfortable, and I have great confidence in the entire practice team. A practice I can wholeheartedly recommend.

I've had three dogs x-rayed there for hip and elbow dysplasia. The images and assessment were very good.

Excellent practice! We saw Dr. Koll and her colleague for emergency care on Friday evening at 9:00 PM. Under anesthesia, two broken, dry foxtails were removed from the ear of my 9-year-old miniature poodle (using endoscopy). Everything went smoothly and the doctor was friendly! The price (€350) was perfectly reasonable for us for an emergency appointment (we're used to much higher prices!). Highly recommended, and thank you again for the expert treatment! Sabine Becks
