We have had an old cat suffering at the last stage of kidneys' disfunction. On holiday, Easter Monday, it was so bad that we could not let our cat to suffer further. So we advised to the vet clinic of Dr. Gräßer which was on duty and were immediately accepted without a preliminary call (we should have done that, actually). And the doctor helped us to end suffering of the poor cat.

Very friendly staffs! The atmosphere is natural and makes you feel comfortable. The doctor examined my cat very thoroughly and I was really satisfied!

We are incredibly grateful for the outstanding care our dog received at this practice. He was initially diagnosed with vestibular syndrome. However, as his condition worsened, and his loss of appetite became increasingly pronounced, we were able to secure an appointment with Dr. Schmidt at short notice. Although the cause was not immediately clear, our dog underwent a thorough examination each time. Dr. Schmidt considered various treatment options, ordered additional laboratory tests, and provided us with close support. We were particularly impressed that, despite his very busy schedule, he always took ample time for us and even personally called us to update us on the lab results. When the situation did not improve over the weekend, we were again able to squeeze in at short notice, even though no regular appointments were available. Once again, our dog received a comprehensive examination, further blood tests were performed, and additional diagnostic procedures were initiated. Special thanks also go to Dr. Morgenstern, who performed the ultrasound to rule out other possible causes. Thanks to careful and systematic diagnostics, the correct diagnosis was finally made: anaplasmosis. Throughout the entire process, we felt we were in excellent hands. Both Dr. Schmidt and Dr. Morgenstern worked with great expertise, dedication, and empathy. We would also like to thank the veterinary assistants, who were always friendly, understanding, and helpful. This is a practice where not only is the medical care of the highest standard provided, but where both people and animals are treated with equal respect. We wholeheartedly recommend this practice.
