Ms. Rudelt accompanied us from the first moment we arrived in Köpenick three years ago, until, unfortunately, the very last moment with our beloved Spanish dog, Carlitos. She was knowledgeable, honest, and very empathetic and fair. Even when procedures outside of the hospital were involved, Ms. Rudelt consulted with other clinics afterward and kept us updated. I don't know exactly how to describe it all, but I'll just say this: a heartfelt THANK YOU, Ms. Rudelt, for always being there for Carlitos. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We are absolutely satisfied with the treatment of our two male cats by Dr. Anette Rudelt and her team! The neutering was completely uncomplicated, and our little ones were back to full health quickly. Dr. Rudelt explained everything clearly beforehand and took the time after the procedure to explain the aftercare in detail. You can tell that she brings a lot of expertise and passion to her work. We highly recommend this practice – both humans and animals are in the best hands here!

We were warmly welcomed even late at night for an emergency. It's a cozy little practice with very friendly doctors and nurses. We're so glad our cats are now being treated here.
