⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We are absolutely satisfied with the treatment of our two male cats by Dr. Anette Rudelt and her team! The neutering was completely uncomplicated, and our little ones were back to full health quickly. Dr. Rudelt explained everything clearly beforehand and took the time after the procedure to explain the aftercare in detail. You can tell that she brings a lot of expertise and passion to her work. We highly recommend this practice – both humans and animals are in the best hands here!

Goes out of her way to be helpful.

Today, I rushed to the vet for an emergency without an appointment (though I called ahead). I only had to wait about 10 minutes. The vet was friendly, and spoke English. The consultation fee was reasonable—not too pricey. Plus, there's a tram station conveniently nearby.

Unfortunately, I now have the impression that this veterinarian has seen better days. During the appointment, she seemed very disinterested, barely listened, didn't ask any follow-up questions, and didn't even look at us properly during the consultation. We didn't get any real answers to our questions – she was only very thorough when it came to the billing. We took our two cats there because we simply wanted to have their well-being checked out and observe a few things we'd noticed. Luca (male, almost 1 year old): He sheds excessively, purrs practically all day, and his left eye is often slightly smaller than his right. Lucy (female, 1.5 years old): She seems significantly less agile than before, almost like a much older cat. She no longer jumps onto her favorite spot on the shelf, does everything very leisurely, and has sounded quite hoarse for months, when she does meow at all. Of course, many things could be normal – cats are just as different as people. That's precisely why we simply wanted an assessment and possible explanations. Regarding the hoarseness, we only received the response: "I don't have a diagnosis, but I'll treat them as a precaution." In the end, the cats were examined briefly and rather half-heartedly, given two injections – and we were €144 poorer, without being any wiser. Conclusion: Unfortunately, not a good experience. I would personally recommend a different veterinarian.

Ms. Rudelt is a very kind and competent veterinarian. She treated my two cats excellently. I would gladly go back to her and can recommend her without reservation.
