I took my dog ​​to this veterinary practice in early 2023 because she was unwell. I was charged over €800 for an ultrasound, blood tests, and an X-ray. On the same day, they recommended euthanasia – which I thankfully refused. I wasn't allowed to take the results with me; I was only told to photograph them, which I found opaque and unprofessional. I subsequently sought a second opinion, and the other veterinarian was able to help with the correct medication. My dog ​​is still alive and well today. When I recently called about my other dog, just to schedule a simple ultrasound appointment, I was treated very rudely by an employee named Steffi. When I mentioned that my dog ​​(whom they wanted to euthanize here two years ago) was still alive, the call was immediately ended – she simply hung up. These experiences have completely destroyed my trust in this practice. I wish for other pet owners to show more empathy, respect, and above all, a sound medical assessment – ​​without hasty decisions.

A vet with a heart of gold – simply wonderful! How lucky I was that a friend recommended this practice! We've now been there twice with our little four-legged friend, and what can I say? It's always a really great experience – even if it's a bit nerve-wracking for our little furry friend, of course. The whole team is incredibly caring; you can immediately tell that animals and their owners are equally welcome here. From the initial greeting to the consultation, you feel completely at ease. They really take their time, explain everything clearly, and treat their little patients with an admirable patience. And the best part: After the visit, our little one is always back to his old self and happy in no time. It warms your heart! Many thanks to the entire team for their fantastic work – we'll definitely be back! 🐾❤️

Our visit ended sadly, but the receptionist, the vet, and the nurse were very compassionate. Unfortunately, they could no longer help our beloved cat. Everyone's compassionate approach was a great help to us in getting through this final journey. Thank you so much for that.

Today we took our cat to Dr. Juraske for the first time. We're staying! The entire team makes you feel well-cared for and understood. They take their time and obviously approach their work with a lot of heart and professionalism. We are very grateful and have finally been able to have a positive experience. Thank you for this.
