Tierärztliche Klinik für Klein- und Heimtiere

We took our small dog at midnight on a Sunday. We arrived to a smile and warm welcome and then we're helped by two wonderful ladies who Spoke English. To receive such warm caring support for our furbaby at the most unlikely time was so nice. Thank you to those lovely ladies who give up their time to be available at such a late hour. Good place with nice staff and excellent doctors, but be ware of high unnecessary prices. Make sure to ask about appointments or time windows that need to be considered not to pay extra money. We just paid 50 euros additional because we were told to arrive at 13 hours on Saturday instead of 11 hours and got slammed with a "Notdienst" surcharge, this was never mentioned anywhere!!

I have been to the clinic 2 times and everyone was very helpful and kind. I could speak English to the front desk and the doctors. Dr. Murat was very sweet to my dog and gave me clear instructions. I did have to wait more than 1h, but I think I arrived during the change of shifts. As my dog wasn’t suffering, it was okay to wait. Overall, I can recommend the clinic.

Had an emergency at 2am in the morning and they received and welcomed us immediately. The Vet spoke English well and did their best to explain their thought process while treating/diagnosing our cat. Would recommend in an emergency.

They saved my dog’s life (and mine), what else can I say 😭 my dog got seriously poisoned on Sunday. The vet during the night shift was super compassionate. More details: they did take our case as emergency and took actions fairly quickly, which I think is critical for my case. My dog stayed overnight in the oxygen box after some treatment and released next day afternoon. I cannot say about the price since I don’t have reference. The total bill was 1500 (including a general check up for my other dog 144 euros which I think is a little beyond my expectation).
