I was there with my dog ​​in October 2024 to say goodbye and cross the rainbow bridge. Of course, something like this doesn't make it any easier for Dr. Bemm just because he's a vet. I was very composed in the situation and Milli already knew that she was about to fall asleep forever. Even in the last minutes of her life, she jumped into the hearts of the team. I stood bravely next to Dr. Bemm and stroked Milli's nose as she peacefully drifted off to sleep. Every step was explained so that I knew exactly what was happening. He even carried my little mouse to the car for me afterwards. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you again for allowing me to be with my Milli Vanilli until her last breath, even if the visit with you was not a pleasant one. But it was time. Of course I still miss her. But it was the only right decision to let her go.

The best veterinary practice I've ever been to. I've been to other practices that just wanted to take my money and didn't deliver any real results. Here, they truly helped! It felt human. You can tell from the vets and staff that they really care and that it's not just about the money. Thank you for your help!

I have to say I'm disappointed after my visit yesterday with Leyla (my dog). On the positive side: The vet was empathetic and handled my dog ​​very well. On the negative side: I felt like the nurse and the vet were trying to push things on me. Consultation is one thing, but being constantly talked to and barely letting me explain anything or get a word in edgewise is another. Even while Leyla was being examined and vaccinated, I couldn't really focus on her because the staff kept calling out, "Mrs...." and asking if the address was correct. And there were other questions that could have been clarified afterward. Unlike before, I felt like they were only interested in making money. Several comments sounded accusatory. Of course, I was shocked by the prices, since I lived in Brazil for a year and I'm not used to that anymore. But does that justify treating me like, "Well, that's just how it is, you'll just have to accept it"? I spent more time having to justify myself for several things. I had a better experience with Dr. Bemm back then. There are things that might be necessary, but "must" isn't in my vocabulary. Generally, I felt like two people were rushing at me. The third nurse was pleasantly calm. Perhaps one should ask the owners what their needs are and not bombard them with everything as if it were obligatory, and then make them feel guilty if they don't. I'm going to switch vets again.

My dog ​​is always treated with care. Everyone is very friendly, and my questions are answered in detail. The practice has no steps, making it easily accessible for older people and animals. My dog ​​has been receiving physical therapy from Sister Maria for two weeks. She's doing a great job, and it's helping him a lot. Even after such a short time, we can see significant differences!
