To be honest I cannot say anything but extremely positive things about this clinic, we have been there a few times, I have a french bulldog and we needed urgent care for different reasons few times and every time we were treated with kindness, professionalism and patience! Just yesterday we had to rush there because suddenly one his paws started to swell uncontrollably and our regular vet was closed for holiday, after a short wai we were seen and they told us what they would have done and on the same day my dog was treated! The place is an emergency clinic so sometimes the waiting time can be a little long, but like in any hospital of any sort! I definitely recommend this place!

I have to say that I was skeptical to come here because there are some bad reviews. However, I had no choice because I had an emergency that my dog ate something and it needed to come out as soon as possible. We took her in and the nurse and doctor were so kind and loving to my dog. They did an emergency surgery for her. She had to stay two nights which I was not happy about because I wanted my baby back, but I had to do what’s best for her. We picked her up and were seen by another doctor and nurse. So nice and loving. We had a check-up. So nice and loving. Brought her back to get the stitches out and it was the same. So nice and loving to my baby. Of course, all of this cost me a lot of money, but in the end I didn’t care because my dog is still alive and doing so well and the staff there were incredibly kind to me and my dog. Also, everyone spoke English with me which was very helpful in this kind of situation. I’m grateful that everything went well and if I have an emergency in the future, we will go here again. Friendly personnel helped our cat after the incident. XRay prices were lower than with other vets. One point less because we had a little argument if they take us or not (came after 18:00) with a cat right after the incident). It was also too hot in the lobby, thus it was difficult for pets to breathe. I felt we were treated with competence, respect and with empathy.

Booked an appointment, when I arrived I had to wait after everybody, even after people just coming in without an appointment hour. When I asked, the super unfriendly woman at the counter told me everyone of them has an appointment. Random people kept coming in and went inside before me even when my appointment was time wise already overdue. Super unprofessional, disrespectful and armature praxis. They charge you a big chunk of money for nothing and treat you badly at the same time. As soon as you step in, you can see that it’s not about your pet’s health, it’s all about the money. Whoever wants his pet to be in good health, don’t bring it over here, better find you a veterinarian who actually cares for your animal/pet and can really be helpful in the situation. Since when do veterinarians became money cash cows and forgot about the animals? These people here have the wrong profession and you better be aware and avoid it altogether. Doesn’t deserve a 1 Star if you ask me. A friend of mine came here in emergency with his dog in the middle of the night and they didn’t do anything about it. Said they can’t help. Turns they they could’ve, but the doctor wasn’t that knowledgeable regarding the condition. Imagine coming here in emergency with your pet and they tell you they can’t help you, but it’s because they are not that professional. He ended up paying 250 euros and his dog passed away! Don’t fall for their trap, find you a loving veterinarian!

While death is inevitable, the professional coldness and negligence I experienced at this clinic during my 15 years old dog’s final hour were traumatic. ​Catastrophic Triage Failure: We arrived with a senior dog in respiratory distress. The receptionist prioritized non-emergency cases and kept telling me “moment” in a very rude way. Even after my dog vomited blood, their response was to offer paper towels for the floor, saying, “You might need them later,” instead of alerting a doctor. We waited over an hour while he collapsed twice. I was forced to push open the treatment room door myself to get help. ​Clinical Arrogance: They couldn't even get the basics right—labeling my dog as a "Shiba Inu" on the official bill and records, despite my correct registration. This shows they never truly looked at my dog or my files; he was just a number to them. ​Deceptive Communication: Diagnostics revealed a blood oxygen level (SpO2) of only 27% and a pH of 7.18. These are terminal values. Yet, the doctor focusing on "lung liquid and shadow" and pushing for ICU and "further tests tomorrow." Talking about future diagnostics when a dog is literally suffocating (27% oxygen) is very unpleasant. ​Pressure to Leave: They pressured me to go home, claiming he was "in good hands." My insistence on staying ensured he didn't die alone when he shocked again 30 minutes later. ​Shady Billing: I was quoted €802. After payment errors, it dropped to €730. They claimed an "overnight body storage fee" was removed, even though they knew from the start I was taking him home. ​This clinic prioritizes ICU turnover over animal welfare. Their lack of a functional triage system and basic respect cost my dog his dignity. Avoid at all costs.
