The whole staff is very friendly and professional. They seem to be happy working there and very sweet with the pets. The doctor was also great, friendly and extremely competent. My dog had 2 tumors and I trusted 100% they knew what they were doing. I totally recommend it.

I normally don't leave reviews on Google, but this praxis definitely deserves a 5-star rating, and a great review. I brought my dog to the praxis for a mast cell tumour removal, and everything went so well and the staff were so kind, empathetic and competent. From the initial call to book the appointment, to all the tests and the operation, through to right before we left when a staff member even called a taxi for us, my dog and I were so well taken care of. Finding out my dog had this tumour was extremely stressful, but everyone at this clinic put me at ease and always kept me well informed. The tests and the operation could not have gone any smoother. I am so happy that my usual praxis recommended Tierarztpraxis Kaulsdorf for the operation. I also don't speak German well, and everyone communicated with me in English, which made the day a lot less stressful for me. Thank you Tierarztpraxis Kaulsdorf!
There are no words to describe how lucky we are that we found this clinic! All the staff is top notch! Competent and also with a big heart. Our girl (golden retriever) has problems trusting doctors, but we never had an issue here, not even once. She actually enjoys being here. I sometimes think that she really knows that this clinic saved her life. And because of our girls situation we come here almost every 2 months since 2 years. And every time we feel that we are in the right hands. Thank you all so so so much!
