We came to this praxis with our (now) 18-year old lady cat in a very delicate moment and Dr. Lode not only has been extremely helpful, showing empathy, love, and friendliness throughout every visit, but he saved our precious furry one and also cheered us up with his professionalism and heartfelt words, and for that we will always be grateful. The doctor and the assistant are amazing. Friendly, helpful. No surprise the waiting room is always stuffed. That is of course not convenient. It would be great if it would be possible to make an appointment.
