There are different doctors working in this office. There is a male doctor who cone from Crotia. 18.05.2023 father’s day evening I bring my rabbit to immergency he has no idea about rabbits. He said in German it just a rabbit. He has no empathy at all for my rabbit. He didn’t even give her a painkiller he only want me to sleep her. I asked him to give MCP drops and subsimplex he gave only that & infusion. Infusion is too much for her. She suffered lot and died after that. He kill my rabbit. And my bill is over 200€ I really don’t care about money if she still alive.

It is very hard for me to write about this because to this day it affects me deeply, but I don’t want other animals to end up the same way mine did. Do not bring an animal here unless you only need very basic care maybe that much they can handle. This is my story: My cat most likely fell from a height (I don’t know for sure because I wasn’t home), and she couldn’t move. If I tried to move her, she screamed in pain. I took her to the hospital, where they accepted her immediately. During the very first (!!!) examination, they took X-rays and did blood tests to see what could be wrong. Nothing was found, so they gave her painkillers. Obviously, her condition didn’t improve, so I took her back. A different doctor saw us, who didn’t even know where he was. Eventually, the doctor I had seen before came in and supposedly my cat was “better.” Then we had to go back again because she didn’t improve she got worse, barely eating or drinking. I sent my partner to take the cat to the hospital and to explain everything I had said. They sent him home after just taking blood again. So we went back yet again to complain, asking what they thought they were doing and demanding proper care for my animal. She was starving and dehydrated. We weren’t coming back every two days for nothing, and the cat was clearly not getting better. With great difficulty, the procedure was finally done, but there was no disinfectant, no bandage my cat was covered in blood, and the carrier was full of blood. My cat obviously did not improve, and a week later I had to take her to emergency again because she became even worse. We did another X-ray, and it turned out that even on the very first X-ray it was already visible that a vertebra in the middle of her spine had shifted, her ribs were cracked, and her tail vertebra was also displaced. By then it looked terrible much worse. Everything was more displaced, more shattered, while the cat couldn’t even walk. Because of this, I decided to have her put to sleep. She had suffered too much and simply couldn’t go on anymore. But I believe that if they had noticed the problem in time, she could have been saved, or at least she wouldn’t have had to suffer for so long or she could have passed earlier without this mutilation of her body. I also forgot to mention that when we went back to the emergency department for the last time, we had to wait even though we were the first ones there. It was the middle of the night (there was no appointment!!!), yet other patients were called in before us. When it was finally our turn, the doctor kept leaving us to attend to other patients, repeatedly leaving us alone while my cat was suffering. I told her that she was struggling to breathe. She then kept trying to send us home with painkiller..saying that if I couldn’t decide what I wanted to do, we should leave even though I had already made my decision and I told her 3x times... They should be ashamed of themselves. Four different doctors, and not one of them could open their eyes!!!! AGAIN DON'T COME HERE. My poor animal.

Our little cocker spaniel Bonnie, was hit by a car 6 month's ago. Dr. Andreas Staudacher fixated her shattered pelvis with a steel plate. A few weeks after the operation she could run and jump again. Today dr. Andreas Staudacher removed the plate. So now Bonnie is as she was, before she was hit. Thanks to surgeon Andreas.

I came with my orange cat Kwiebus as an emergency, and all the ladies that worked here have been incredibly kind, I got daily updates and they took really good care of him. Everyone answered my questions with expertise, love and care which made the entire situation much better. Sadly, Kwiebus is still at the vet today, but he’ll be home soon. Thank you girls! 🐾 Kwiebus 🐈
