She's the best vet; I take my cats there. She handles the animals very calmly. Prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this vet.

I had my cat neutered there three weeks ago, and everything seemed fine at first. Two weeks later, he was in pain and stopped moving. The diagnosis was a urinary tract infection. I was given antibiotics to take home and went back three days later. I got more antibiotics, and they just told us it didn't look good. They didn't even take blood or anything. And don't even get me started on the hygiene. Sure, she's nice, and you can get an appointment quickly, but there's no information about aftercare, let alone proper treatment. We went to another vet, and my cat received professional treatment there and is now fighting for his life because Ms. Hedrich simply sent him home. He would have died there. You can go to her for vaccinations, etc., but I would never send my animals to her again. I warn other pet owners against coming here and recommend finding a different vet, even if it's cheaper.

We've been going there for almost 13 years and are always very happy with Dr. Hedrich. She's always very calm with the animals. We hope she continues for a long time... 👍
