My one-year-old cat was spayed/neutered here. I was quite overwhelmed when I had to pay a bill of €254 for such a minor procedure. The explanation I received was completely absurd: they couldn't help it, the prices simply hadn't been adjusted for so many years. At first, I believed them, and I had to pay, after all! But then I did some research and discovered that there are other vets in the Aachen and Baesweiler area who would have performed the same procedure for €100! I was speechless! That was it! Another item, a general examination with consultation, amounting to €28.11, was also wrongly charged! I couldn't enter the practice and had to hand my cat over to the assistant in a carrier at the entrance! I didn't receive any consultation from a female veterinarian!
