I was there on Sunday with my little kitten (6 months old) for an emergency appointment. My kitten and I both felt very comfortable, and I felt I received excellent advice. The owner is incredibly nice, and the staff are lovely! My kitten was in good hands; he had surgery and was neutered right away. Everything went wonderfully, and he's healed perfectly! I would go to this vet again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much again! ☺️🥰

I took my cat to Dr. Shiftes' clinic today for her spaying. The staff there are really friendly and give good advice. But today, when I dropped my cat off, I didn't see a doctor who discussed the procedure with me before the operation. I thought to myself, maybe it's not necessary. However, when I returned four hours later to pick up my cat and pay, I still didn't see a doctor. When I went back to collect my cat, I saw that she was lying on her back in her carrier—right behind me. I was briefly shocked, immediately picked up the carrier, and realized that she had rolled onto her back. If I hadn't happened to turn around, I might have stepped on the carrier. I was completely speechless and didn't know how to complain.

We feel very well cared for by Dr. Schäfer. She and her team are always friendly, competent, and empathetic. No long waiting times. Lucy the cat says thank you.
