I called twice this past Friday to ask if they could euthanize my dog ​​at our home that same day. It was urgent. Both times I was promised a callback. Unfortunately, that never happened. Even if it hadn't been possible, they could have at least let me know. This is extremely unprofessional, shows a lack of empathy (especially in such a situation), is completely unreliable, and gives the impression that the well-being of an animal is definitely not their top priority. I would not recommend this practice.

This practice operates with so much empathy, expertise, and social intelligence... we are very, very, very satisfied and feel we are in wonderful hands not only on good days but also on bad days.

An excellent veterinarian who helped my pony – he's had ringbone for many years – with Noltrex. He's still being ridden with great joy and is doing wonderfully. Highly recommended!
