Popped in to get our dog wormed for our return to Ireland. The vet was knowledgeable on the process and very friendly
I called on Friday afternoon and got an appointment for Saturday morning right away – I found that quite impressive, especially since I'd never been to the practice before. I received a very friendly welcome at reception. The veterinarian was extremely competent, but what impressed me even more was her empathy and the loving way she treated my dwarf rabbit. The same goes for the assistant. My rabbit was thoroughly examined, including a professional ultrasound. Unfortunately, the diagnosis was very devastating. We were given plenty of time to make a decision – whether euthanasia or palliative care. Due to the severity of the illness, we made the heartbreaking decision to have him euthanized. Even then, we were given ample time to say goodbye. The entire process was incredibly sensitive and respectful. I am very grateful to the veterinarian and can wholeheartedly recommend her. Regarding the comments about supposedly high prices, I can only say: I absolutely cannot confirm that. I was pleasantly surprised by how fair (even rather low) the costs were – especially considering the time the entire team dedicated and the thoroughness of the investigation. Thank you so much!
