One of the worst veterinary I’ve come across at least for kaninchen. I came because my kaninchen was only slightly eating and almost not pooping. I went there around 12 hours after it started happening which is still a good moment to seek help from the vet. Obviously the veterinary was not familiar with kaninchen treatment, GI stasis is the most common affection for kaninchen so you would expect a vet willing to receive kaninchen to know how to treat it. The vet did not recommend X-rays which are a basic way to determine if the cause is gas or blockage. The only medicine he told me to give was the one I suggested him that I found on the internet as being the first to give to a bunny. It may be a coincidence but I’m always annoyed when you get prescribed only what you suggested. He told me to feed the rabbit as much as possible so he can poop. In the afternoon as the situation was getting worse I called him back. Not only did he not suggested giving an other more efficient very classic medicine for that kind of situation but he told me to feed him more and that “we will check tomorrow how he is”At some point, concerned by the situation I got my kaninchen to the tierklinik, that had the right reaction, do X-rays and make a diagnostic from this, with the right kind of medicine. Well they found it was a blockage and told me that it would probably have killed him if I continued feeding him in this context as his stomach could explode if the GI stasis reason is a blockage. I have one message to this vet and the team, if you don’t know the treatment or have never encounter an issue with and animal just say it and let people go to another place to help their pet, it’s not ok to give instructions that are clearly not right and dangerous for an animal. In the end this vet took almost 100 euros to put the life of my bunny in danger and provide way less information than the first internet page on the topic. I called my home vet that handled my bunny GI stasis last time it happened and told me this vet reaction was clearly not enough. I can’t assess their skills for dogs and cats but never go to this place for a kaninchen. Don’t blindly trust vets sometimes because some of them are really nice but apparently incompetent on some topics, however they will never say it to you and prefer make it look like they perfectly know. Always look for a second opinion if you have doubts or if it is an emergency. If the clinic cares and wants me to come in person and explain what happened in details to my kaninchen I’ll be happy to do that later when my pet is completely recovered. Obviously I want to add the precision that there is not only one vet in this clinic and I saw only one, however what happened is overall not acceptable.

Great vet, quick and efficient. Mostly use for worming pill for our dog to return to the U.K.

If I could give this institution a lower rating I would. They almost killed a bunny with their lack of professionalism and care! It is absolutely unacceptable to seek help for a living being and get the worst possible advice and help. Your job is to help animals not almost kill them!Do better.

If i could give less i definitely would! Although they had previously prescribed one stop for my cat .. they refused a second time stating he would need the whole proceedure ie appointment check up and refused to sell me the product .. i wanted to spare my cat the stress of the vet surgery ... now he scratched so much from ear mites that he damaged his eye .. which may still be needed to be removed 🤬 all because of money .. NOT acting in the best interest of the animal
